Hello,

I’m Rachel; Creative Director and brand leader with over a decade of experience driving creative strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and building impactful marketing campaigns. My career began as a graphic designer, and that hands-on foundation continues to shape my leadership style—one rooted in thoughtful execution, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the creative process.

After earning my degree in Graphic Design from Adelphi University in 2016, I spent more than six years supporting the Canon brand, where I developed marketing collateral, maintained brand consistency across a global organization, and documented key events through photography. Those experiences strengthened my ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deliver work that was both visually compelling and strategically effective.

Today, as Creative Director at Goodway Technologies, I lead the creative team, oversee the company's visual identity, and guide the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital, trade shows, photography, video, and product launches. I partner closely with marketing, sales, product specialists, and executive leadership to translate business goals into creative strategies that strengthen the brand, engage customers, and deliver measurable impact.

Beyond directing creative work, I'm passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring designers, establishing scalable creative processes, and fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. I believe great design is more than aesthetics—it's a strategic business tool that communicates ideas, solves problems, and creates meaningful connections.

Outside of work, I find inspiration through photography, travel, and the outdoors, experiences that continually shape my creative perspective and approach to storytelling.
